Location:
Established in 1913, the Meridian-Lauderdale County Public Library is located in the historic downtown district of Meridian, Mississippi at the corner of 7th Street and 26th Avenue one block west of its original Carnegie location.

Hours:
The Library hours of operation are as follows:

Monday - Saturday....9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday.................... Closed

Notary Services:
Notary services are available in the library's Business Office Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm.
There is a $5.00 charge for this service.

Public  Access Computers:
The library does have public access computers for patron use. These computers do have Internet access (see Adult Services). Limited staff assistance is available.

Xerographic Services:
The library has one (1) copier for public use. Black and white copies at a cost of $0.25 per page and color copies available at a cost of $1 per page.

Library Governance:
Five (5) member Board of Trustees who are appointed by the  Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors. Regular monthly meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
