  • Reading at the Lake

    Family

    Join your favorite librarians for story time by the playground at Bonita Lakes Park. Be sure to bring a blanket or beach towel and wear your sunscreen.

  • Center for Pregnancy Choices

    If you are pregnant or a mama caring for a newborn, please join us for the Center for Pregnancy Choices monthly Baby Basics and Breastfeeding class. It doesn't matter if this is baby #1, #2, #3 or more... you are welcome to join us! Learn tips and tricks from local lactation specialist Lesli White and community doulas!   • Kindness Rocks

    Share small acts of kindness. Kindness Rocks are painted rocks that are decorated with positive and uplifting messages and then placed somewhere in the community for others to find. If you want to do this at home find some rocks, paint them using paint pens, and spray them with a sealer to protect them from the elements over time. Place these little acts of kindness in your garden or amongst the community where other rocks are located.

  • Movie Monday – Finding Dory

    Family

    Please stop by for a movie, Finding Dory, and some popcorn!  All ages are welcome! Some films may be considered extreme for younger patrons. Parents/guardians must be present for children 10 and under.

  • Popsicles & Playmates

    Toddlers will play with puzzles, play dough, color pictures and make new friends.

  • TikTok Dance Class

    During this program, teens share some of today’s trendiest TikTok dances, then work together to brainstorm, create, film, and edit 60-second videos. Perfect choreography is not the goal: Just have fun dancing, laughing, and creating together! Note: It’s okay if you don’t want to be in front of the camera, you can help behind the scenes. You can also do this at home with friends and family! Be sure to tag us on Facebook!

  • DIY Family Dinner

    K–5th Grade

    The children will be given a paper plate and other materials and asked to create a healthy family dinner.

  • EMOJI Fun

    Today is World Emoji Day! We use emojis to communicate our feelings through digital platforms. Share your emotions with us. Adults will receive an 8.5 x 11 canvas to paint on and express how they are feeling in Emoji form.
