Representatives from Mississippi Power will introduce students to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems and explain how technology, software, and engineering work together to deliver electricity more efficiently. Learn about careers in the utility industry, the skills needed for these roles, and how technology plays a vital part in keeping our communities powered.

Each month, we'll feature a different local artist who shares live music, stories from their musical journey, and the inspiration behind their performances. This month, we're pleased to welcome Brittanie Campbell for an hour of live music and conversation. Come relax, enjoy great music, and support a local artist.

  • Toddlers/Pre-K: Q-Tip Craft

    The toddlers will use a q-tip to finish each picture that is missing a specific color.

  • K-5th Grade: Pet Rocks

    K–5th Grade

    The children will adopt a rock, dress it up, and design a carrier for their pet rock to travel in.
